Geico

Here's a poem I wrote about Geico. It's about the google-eyed money, Kash, chasing me around.

I don't want to switch to Geico
But he just won't let it go
g
I'm fine with Mercury
But he hides in the bakery
g
He texts me on the phone
I just want to be left alone
g
He says saving money on my car is fun
But I don't even own one
g
I go to the movies and buy a ticket
then he shows up there and I just want to kick it
g
He says he's the money that I could be saving, shucks
But I say, "what? You're just twenty bucks"
g
He says he's here to save me money on my car
But I solve my problem, and spend him on a chocolate bar
g
So where is he right now? I really don't care
Probably in a cash register somewhere
g
I'll stay with Mercury
no longer will I believe his lies
I got the last laugh
'cause now I got his eyes
g
I know. It's weird.
